We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to manage the full production cycle from sampling to final delivery. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery across all production activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production from sampling to final delivery
- Ensure all products meet quality standards (stitching, finishing, fit, and detailing)
- Monitor production timelines and ensure targets are met
- Identify and resolve production delays or operational issues proactively
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate restocking
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Track orders, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
- Develop and manage production schedules across teams and partners
- Coordinate with internal teams, factories, dyers, and suppliers
- Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews
- Maintain records of production output, material usage, and quality checks
- Prepare reports to support operational decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with the creative team on new techniques and production methods
- Promote sustainable practices and reduce production waste
- Support product launches, special projects, and brand initiatives
- Perform other duties as required to support production operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Master’s degree or MBA (added advantage)
- Project Management certification (added advantage)
- Minimum of 12 years’ work experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role
- Proven experience in fashion, textile, or manufacturing production
- Strong production planning and execution skills
- Excellent leadership and team management ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience managing vendors and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
