We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our restaurant’s online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, storytelling, engagement, and building a strong brand community.


Responsibilities

* Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other platforms
* Develop content calendars and social media strategies
* Capture and edit photos/videos for social media content
* Monitor trends and create relevant, engaging content
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
* Grow online engagement and brand visibility
* Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and events
* Track social media performance and provide insights/reports

Requirements

* B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field
* Prior experience working as a Social Media Manager is a must
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Good content creation and storytelling skills
* Basic photo/video editing skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
