We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Officer for an event styling and production company. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the warehouse & inventory team, and ensure smooth set-ups & tear-downs. 

Responsibilities:
- Oversee event logistics, set-up, & tear-down
- Manage warehouse & inventory team
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, & internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards
- Troubleshoot operational issues on event days
- Supervise set-up & tear-down crews
- Liaise with production team for event execution
- Review & improve operational processes

Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Event Management, Logistics, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in event operations/production
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends & evenings)
