We’re looking for a passionate, skilled pizza professional to join our kitchen brigade. If you live for perfect dough fermentation, hand‑stretching, and the crackle of a wood‑fired oven, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate authentic Italian pizzas to our brand standards.
- Manage mise‑en‑place for the pizza station and keep the line ready for service.
- Mix and ferment dough daily (Napolitana, Romana, Classica, etc.).
- Operate and maintain wood‑fired or stone ovens safely and efficiently.
- Enforce HACCP hygiene, stock rotation, and inventory controls.
- Support the team, train junior staff, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

Requirement
- 2‑3 + years as a Pizza Chef or CDP in an Italian restaurant/pizzeria.
- Deep knowledge of Italian dough techniques and wood‑fired/stone oven cooking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail, food safety awareness, and a team‑first attitude.
