We are a construction and Architectural design seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and coordination support to management and staff while maintaining an efficient and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and document filing
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and office databases
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Support finance-related administrative tasks (expense tracking, petty cash, documentation)
• Assist with HR administrative duties, including staff records and onboarding support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional office environment
Requirements
• BSc Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office software
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
