We are seeking for an HR Officer to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes
- Developing and implementing HR policies
- Maintaining employee records
- Providing guidance on HR matters
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Coordinating employee onboarding
- Handling employee grievances and conflicts
- Managing employee benefits and compensation
- Conducting training sessions and workshops
- Generating HR reports and analytics
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Proven HR experience (hospitality industry experience an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
