We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fashion retail brand, the successful candidate will provide top-notch service to customers in-store and online. Your goal is to ensure seamless customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and drive customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email).
- Respond to customer queries and needs with product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Process online and phone orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide support during events, launches, and high-traffic days, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Report customer feedback to the management team, contributing to service improvements.

Requirements:

- BSc/HND in any related field
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) for customer service.
