NOW HIRING: QUALITY CONTROL ASSOCIATE
Are you passionate about quality, detail, and ensuring excellence in fashion production? We are looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our team and help maintain the highest standards across our production process.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Work Schedule: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect garments and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Identify and report defects related to stitching, finishing, sizing, fabric quality, and overall construction.
* Monitor dyed fabrics for consistency with approved color and pattern standards.
* Maintain accurate quality control records and reports.
* Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
* Conduct final quality checks before garments are delivered or shipped.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years' work experience.
* At least 3 years' experience in the production department of a fashion or manufacturing company.
* Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
