We are seeking to hire two well-experienced Baristas to join a fine dining team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in upscale hospitality, with a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to a high standard.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the coffee station.
• Provide a professional and engaging experience for guests.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
