We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high food quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The Head Chef will play a key role in menu development, cost control, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities
    •    Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily service
    •    Plan and develop menus in line with the restaurant’s concept
    •    Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and consistency
    •    Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
    •    Monitor food inventory and control kitchen costs and waste
    •    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
    •    Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
    •    Work closely with management to improve menu offerings and kitchen efficiency

Requirements
    •    Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a restaurant, or hospitality setting
    •    Strong leadership and team management skills
    •    Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
    •    Ability to manage inventory, food costing, and kitchen budgets
    •    Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    •    Culinary training or certification is an added advantage
