We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee our garment production company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, managing maintenance, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees
- Manage staff, including supervisors and maintenance personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Optimize energy consumption, waste management, and other facility resources
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, repairs, and upgrades
- Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirement
-
BSc or its equivalent in any related field
- Proven experience in facility management 
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
