We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
