A skincare, beauty, cosmetic company is seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join the team! 😊 You'll be the face of our brand, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Handle order status, product questions, and general support
- Process order modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide product recommendations and skincare guidance
- Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements:
- BSC in any related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of skincare and beauty products
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
