Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, events, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Edit and optimize visual content for maximum engagement and platform performance.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and industry developments to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
