Job Summary
The Facility Manager will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and smooth operation of the fashion house and the staff accommodation. The role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, well-maintained, and cost-efficient, while supporting business operations and staff welfare.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including the fashion house and staff accommodation, to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency.
Coordinate and supervise routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and timely completion of work.
Monitor and ensure optimal use of space across facilities, including coordination of any reconfigurations or relocations.
Implement, monitor, and enforce health and safety standards; conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Monitor utility usage (electricity, water) and manage facility supplies and inventory.
Develop, maintain, and execute emergency response plans; respond promptly to incidents such as power outages, leaks, or safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and outstanding issues.
Supervise facility support staff including cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance workers to ensure efficient service delivery.
