We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. As a key member of the team, you'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, draft correspondence, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with attention to detail
- Draft and review correspondence, including emails and letters, in a timely manner
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the CEO
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetings and high-level engagements
- Handle expense reports, itineraries, and agendas efficiently
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, board members, external partners, and vendors
- Create and maintain filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents
- Develop proposals and presentations as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field 
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting upper-level management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in digital tools and logistics management (preferred)
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and assertive, capable of working independently and effectively under pressure
- Mobile (owning a car is preferred)
